Call for Proposals | Registration | Directions Conference Schedule Conference Highlights Keynote Speaker, Donna Moss, Program Associate, NCLE, will discuss national and online ESL resources for instructors at the K-12 level thru university Donna Moss has been involved in adult English language education and teacher training for many years. She is currently a research associate at the National Center for ESL Literacy Education (NCLE) at the Center for Applied Linguistics in Washington, D.C. At PBS, she managed the EL/Civics project to develop an online professional development system for adult education ESL teachers. She taught ESL and coordinated special projects at the Arlington Education and Employment Program in Arlington, Virginia for 14 years. She is also one of the authors on the series, Collaboration: English for Our Lives published by Heinle and Heinle.
